Do you host my website?
No. Squarespace hosts your site and handles your security certificate. You pay Squarespace directly. We watch the site, run the checks, and fix what needs fixing.
What counts as a site edit?
Changes to what is already live: new hours, a new team member, swapping images, updating a service. New pages and redesigns are separate projects, and plan members get a discounted rate on them.
Will this get me more clicks or higher rankings?
We do not promise rankings or traffic numbers, and no honest provider can. We keep your site healthy, fix what holds it back, and give you simple steps to take. Partner adds search and AI visibility upkeep.
Does the accessibility scan make my site fully compliant?
No. Automated scans catch many common problems, but they cannot catch everything. We report what the scan finds and help you fix it.
What if I need more than my included hours?
Extra work is billed at your plan member rate, which is lower than our standard hourly rate. We always tell you before we start.
What if my site is not on Squarespace?
We can still give you strategy and fixes. For ongoing care, we work with Squarespace sites, and we can talk through moving yours over.
