What drives you in business to push beyond what other people consider normal?
My love of the work, my passion for doing the best I can for every client, my husband and his amazing support, my staff and their commitment to our mission, and my family and friends who support me when I get weary on my journey!
What have been the most useful skills you have learnt and applied in your journey?
People Skills and Patience. I am working on the latter still, but I learned at a young age, you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. So, while not being fake, which I hate, I have learned how to be genuine, yet, kind always. Do I mess up? Sure; we all have those days, but I have seen that even when I feel wronged, or feel an injustice has been dealt, I smile and speak kindly to all parties involved. These things usually bear themselves out and I see kindness as the optimal way to go!
