Decision Fatigue

Excerpt of guest post on designloveinspiration.com

Decision Fatigue is something typically equated with those who are in high-pressure jobs, those who find themselves in tense situations or those thrust into higher positions of responsibility and have to catch up. We do not, however, equate it with OURSELVES. Today. Every day, if you think about it.

How many times a day do you check your email?
How many emails do you get a day?
What happens to each email? Do you read it? Do you reply to it? Do you store or file it? Do you ignore it and hope that red number on your inbox will eventually go down one day instead of up?
